Job Description

Who we are looking for

The Automation Specialist will cooperate with Depositary Business Teams to develop, maintain and support the tools, identify the opportunities for automation.

The Automation Specialist will cooperate with other Developers Team members

and with IT teams. The role will report to the Business Manager. This role can be performed in a hybrid model (2/3 days office presence per week is required), where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Depositary Automation Specialist you will develop and maintain automations by utilizing different solutions (VBA, Python, AI or similar). Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the proper Governance over the tools
  • Provide technical support to Depositary teams
  • Analyze opportunities for automation of the business process
  • Provide timely and professional responses to all enquiries
  • Keep the Manager updated as to the work progress and status
  • Keep Depositary Manager updated with regard to project progress
  • Cooperate with other Developers Team members

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Economics/IT or similar field
