  • We are Allstate Identity Protection (formerly, InfoArmor), a wholly owned subsidiary of Allstate since 2019. We are a technology and services company that has led the digital Identity Protection and Advanced Threat Intelligence pack for 10 plus years.
  • We help nearly 3 million subscribers protect their online personal and financial data through our proactive identity monitoring service that alerts our subscribers at the first sign of fraud and fully restores their identity.

Compensation:

  • The offered annual salary range for this role will be up to $85000 (the range mentioned below the description encompasses this and other related job profiles under Allstate)
  • This role is eligible for performance bonus up to 10% of annual salary and other standard benefits

Scope of Work:

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM, your primary responsibility will be to optimize the effectiveness of our marketing automation platform and enhance the overall experience of our subscribers.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers, you will play a crucial role in executing programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop audience segmentation and targeted automation strategies for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Collect & analyze campaign performance metrics to be used for enhancements and optimization of digital marketing automation platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and email marketing regulations.
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and refine target queries.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes.
  • Create and manage email marketing calendars.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members.
  • Manage users for marketing technology stack.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools.

Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms with Acoustic.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template creation.
  • Experience with segmentation and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Ability to provide training and support to team members.
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
  • Passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management software such as Bynder

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location

Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
