This is a technology leadership position in State Street Global Technology Services seeking a technology leader for strategic Global reconciliation and transformation initiatives with specialized business knowledge in the middle/front office areas. The candidate is someone with proven record of technology project execution with ability to get hands on when it comes to analysis design and execution, someone with creativity and self-motivation to delivery on mission critical projects.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the Office with some flex work opportunities available.

- Lead QA design discussions with a diverse set of State Street, our Client and our vendor teams.
- Responsible for driving execution for key projects in a timely and cost effective manner
- Be the subject matter expert for multiple technology-business functions
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for the State Street Data Platform
- Manage the execution of complex projects to achieve the business objectives, collaborate and coordinate with teams across the organization
- Work with the business and technology partners to identify new opportunities and create business cases to further leverage the platform and maximize its benefits
- Mobilize the team, train and mentor junior members
- Foster a cultural transformation in the organization to achieve greater collaboration, innovation and productivity

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and large-scale projects successfully.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior IT software \ engineering \ finance specialists.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years' experience in IT creating data solutions and at least 3+ years leading projects.

Salary Range:
$140,000 - $222,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
