Who we are looking for
Candidates who have a financial services background, preferably in fund accounting or fund administration roles. Applicant must be able to handle an extremely fast paced environment, able to resolve problems/handle client inquires without advanced notice, and be willing to work alongside a diverse team. The amount of knowledge to gain is limitless, so candidates must be eager to learn and take the initiative to self-develop and expand in the role. Candidate must also be willing to work 2nd shift hours (2pm - 10pm ET).

What you will be responsible for
As Fund Accounting - Global Operations Officer you will
- Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies in a variety of FA functions
- Escalate suspicious accounting activity
- Coordinate and maintain timely processing activities
- Communicate with FA colleagues Globally and various global COEs
- Improve and align processes across the group
- Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by management
- Interact with client daily across different domiciles
- Ability to handle fast paced deadline oriented operations environment
- Drive change and process improvement initiatives.
What we value

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to recognize anomalies/discrepancies in data sets
- Effective communication skills in a fast paced environment
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 3-6 years of financial services experience
- Prior ETF experience a plus
Additional requirements
2nd shift role requires candidate to work 2pm - 10pm ET with US holidays in scope.

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
