Who we are looking for:

We are looking for the Core Operations Associate, who primarily response for custody/accounting transaction processing, risk monitoring and query management for APAC clients.

What you will be responsible for:

• Accurately and timely perform daily tasks as assigned mainly on custody cash/trade/FX processing and daily risk monitoring reporting deliverables

• Ensure that allocated tasks is completed and submitted for review on a timely basis

• Independently follow process documentation such as process flows, Standard Operating procedures (SOPs)

• During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and follow the risk escalation matrix and operating procedures to escalate in a timely manner

• Other administrative requirement as assigned such as timely log PV, complete training within deadline etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with business related coursework or degree in custody banking, accounting or Finance, preferred.

• Experience in custody, cash payment, banking is preferred.

• Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, etc.)

• Accuracy and detail-orientated

• Interpersonal and oral communication skills

• Multitasking capability

• Ability to work under pressure/deadlines driven environment

• Good teamwork
