Who we are looking for
As a member of the Global Client Administration Team, the VP of Contract Mgmt will oversee supporting the Client Coverage Teams on Fee Schedule/Contract Governance and Standardization, ensuring contract policy compliance and contract inventory completeness, and facilitating the billing intake process for their assigned segments/regions. Success is measured in the following ways: re-engineering processes for more efficient and timely execution from fee negotiation through to billing, reducing risk for the company, and building capacity for the client facing teams. Key partners to this role include Relationship Managers, Product, Global Billing Operations, Legal, Client Service, Sales, and Business Risk Management.

In supporting the IS business, this role will have a particular focus area on our alternative client base with the expectation that they learn and support other segments as possible. Alternatives continues to be our most complex and highest volume of deals, which means accountability and product knowledge are key to the success of this individual.
What you will be responsible for
As Client Administration Contract Lead you will:
- Navigate new deals from Fee Schedule review through to generation of the first client invoice
- Establish and maintain controls to mitigate and/or monitor risks associated with completeness and accuracy of the process
- Act as a mentor/role model for the team and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor team capacity and ensure knowledge transfer and skill development in partnership with COE lead
- Establish strong relationships within the Client Coverage Team and become deeply embedded within their process
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of process redesign
- Ensure new and amended contracts are loaded within 30 days of contract execution
- Coordinate billing intake within 30 days of contract execution
- Drive consistency and standardization

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
- 10+ Years in working in Financial Services
- Prior Client Contracting or Billing Experience
- Previous people management experience preferred

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
