Who we are looking for:
The Business Resilience Analyst is a role within the Corporate Functions, Markets and Financing (CFMF) Business Risk Management Organization providing assistance to the supported Business teams, Business Risk Advisory (BRA) teams and other risk members on conforming to Operational Resilience program requirements, including but not limited to key Third Party Resilience testing coordination, Technology Resilience testing coordination, incident management coordination, and other business continuity related tasks.
What you will be responsible for
As Business Resilience Analyst, Assistant Vice President you will:
- Provide assistance to supported business units with response to incidents, specifically those that may trigger a regulatory notification within the EU.
- Design, plan and execute various scenario Tabletop exercises for supported business units.
- Support Critical Business Services with related Alternative Action Plan (AAP) testing
- Support Third Party Engagement Managers and Business SMEs with testing contingency action plans where required.
- Support Third Party Engagement Managers and Business SMEs to address identified gaps and support remediation actions to mitigate business continuity risks.
- Assist business teams as needed during internal and external resilience related audits.
- Prepare, review, or provide commentary on committee materials as needed to update CFMF risk committees

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Emergency Management, Business Continuity or a related field of study
- 8+ years of professional experience in the Financial Services industry; Business Continuity, Incident management, and/or Business Risk experience is preferred.
- Experience creating and executing tabletop exercises strongly preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Power Apps, Teams), and Archer
- Fluent English speaking, writing and presentation skills.
