We are seeking a growth-oriented professional in our Bangalore location with experience in Product Development and Product Management, preferably in an Investment Analytics reporting function of asset servicing industries. The successful candidate should also have a number of the Project Management and Analysis skills required to deliver new product capabilities or product enhancements
This team will report into Performance Analytics Product organisation.
What you will be responsible for
As a Performance Product Business Analyst, you will be responsible to:
- Develop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, product design, product requirements, process flows, and wireframes
- Document project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, architecture, and cross product dependencies
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Technology, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of new products and product capabilities
- Provide regular status updates and supporting program management reports as needed
- Communicate with Agile scrum teams, business owners and product management, to ensure that stakeholders at various levels are well informed, to learn and manage expectations, and to mitigate risks to keep the project roadmap on track
- Support product testing through the creation of test scripts, development of test data, and execution of user acceptance testing
- Collaborate closely with SQA and Development teams on delivery of fixes and enhancement
- Data steward tasks for stories
- Become a subject matter expert for Performance & Analytics Applications
- Review functionality and CUAT testing

- Write release notes, provide screenshots and details for training documents

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience (exposure to Performance reporting is valued.)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent.
- Advanced degrees in Finance or related professional certifications (CA/CFA/CIPM/CAIA or equivalent)
- Comfortable with quantitative methods and solutions
- Strong technology insights with demonstrated ability to work across business lines/functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Product Management, Change Management, or relevant Consulting experience
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics and applications
- Software development experience
- Experience with project management and documentation tools (eg: Confluence, Jira)
- SQL skills and experience with visualization software
