Who we are looking for

Our Change Management Germany team at State Street Bank International Bank GmbH looks for an new Business Analyst/ AVP (m/w/d) in Munich or Frankfurt am Main.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Business Analyst you will be responsible for

  • Proactive research and analysis of new products, processes and services that have impact on customers and/or the Global Delivery division of the bank.
  • Analysis of business processes and IT applications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Development and/or proposing of solutions to meet business needs (i.e. cost savings, increase in operational efficiency and effectiveness, risk reduction or regulatory requirements).
  • Creation and maintenance of detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and project plans.
  • Leading management and coordination between Change Management and other internal teams.
  • Representing the Change Management team adequately as subject matter expert.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • German bank apprenticeship or equivalent/higher degree in the financial sector
  • Experience in working and coordinating projects in an international team
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English and German language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ideally analysis tools/techniques and/or technical programming skills (VBA, .net, Python)
