Who we are looking for:

We are looking for the Complex Operations Senior Associate position which is within Asia Pacific Global delivery (GD) business unit located in Hangzhou. We are the APAC OTC Derivative Middle Team that dealing with the trade and cash happened in the market, to reconcile and settle into accounting and custody system, investigate the exception with a resolution, to help our clients to make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for:

As Complex Operations Senior Associate, you will

• Ensure the accuracy of accounting data delivery and custody cash settlement. Able to pay attention to detail and a focus on Accounting/Custody service.

• Demonstrate ability to resolve queries independently and communicate with other teams in English, both verbally and in writing;

• Ability to work well in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.

• Good team player - strong cooperation spirit, can support team and teammates to complete daily work

• Tight deadlines for daily work is acceptable, have good time management skill

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Major in Finance or accounting or custody is preferred.

• Experience in financial services or a middle-office operations environment is preferred.

• Average 20 hours over time working per month is acceptable

• Working on Chinese public holiday is acceptable
