State Street is searching for OTC Derivative Implementation/Deployment Analyst-AVP to join State Street's technology team. Candidate will be responsible to provide Client onboarding implementation support to Business users/Derivative COE on Straight-thru-Processing for derivatives products on Derivative application. Assist in analysis of current processes, recommend solutions and act as subject matter expert on impact of systems changes to business processes. Candidate may also participate with our new strategic transformation and process supporting the development and integration of client messages through applicable applications.

- Participate in onboarding Client / Investment Managers onto State Street's OTC Derivatives Trade Processing Application for MO and BO processing
- Conduct implementation of multiple projects or single, large, complex project
- Participate in Business discussions on Onboarding requirement and / or data requirements and workflow definition.
- Participates in project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation.
- Assists in the analysis of client static data requirements and conducts meetings (where necessary) with Business Ops teams to discuss relevant data.
- Perform the process of designing and executing client configurations of the Test and Production DHUB application to support each unique client workflow
- Work with multiple business units on trade data analysis and understanding what types of products a client trades.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all deployment activities - testing, data setup and operational readiness are well coordinated
- Coordinate training and documentation of new functionality
- Investigate inquiries from various State Street organizations and follows through to ensure that implementation problems and issues are addressed
- Monitors central mailbox for user queries and BAU support
- Assists in testing end to end operating model and system releases, some weekend work required in this space.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- 6-8 years' work experience in financial services, within OTC Derivatives middle and back office servicing space.
- Demonstrated OTC Derivative products experience and knowledge
- Experience in the E2E process of client onboarding / implementation
- Experience of client set-up/configuration
- Excellent communication and analytic skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related disciplines
