Job Description

The Training Systems Engineer will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency through the design, implementation, and optimization of workflows. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, secure operations, and continuous improvement of processes within the Customer Training & Certification Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Workflow Efficiency:

  • Design and implement optimized workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant tools.


  • Streamline lab deployment processes to improve team efficiency.

Improve System Integration:

  • Develop and integrate custom forms and workflows, utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Power Fx, and API calls (REST and GraphQL).


  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of various systems.

Strengthen Security:

  • Implement and maintain Zero Trust Security principles.


  • Ensure secure operations and compliance with company standards.

Support Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and optimize workflows to reduce troubleshooting time and deployment delays.


  • Provide training and documentation to team members on system operations and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


  • Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).


  • Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power Fx.


  • Experience with API calls, including REST and GraphQL.


  • Security Expertise:


  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Security principles.


  • Experience in implementing secure workflows and systems.


  • Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in system design, integration, and optimization.


  • Prior experience in training systems engineering or a related field is preferred.


  • Soft Skills:


  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
