  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.


  • Ability to independently manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between all teams involved.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.


  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work.


  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other standard project management tools.


  • Good time management skills and flexibility to work over weekends (or as per customer-approved deployment schedule).


  • Knowledge of requirements pertaining to GDPR, CCPA, and HITRUST is a plus.


  • Familiarity with certifications such as SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and PCI DSS is a plus.

In This Role, You Will

  • Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and NOC teams for all release deployment activities to ensure smooth, on-time execution.


  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.


  • Prepare thorough documentation, including project schedules/plans, kick-off presentations, trackers, status reports, and risk/issues logs.


  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, set project quality and performance standards, and assess and manage risk within and across multiple projects.


  • Communicate release details and schedules to key stakeholders.


  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.


  • Conduct release readiness reviews, audits, and retrospectives, and manage pre- and post-deployment checklists and activities.


  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary.


  • Continually work towards improving the release process.
