Enablement PMO Content Managerr, you will oversee the entire field enablement intake request process, manage the field events calendar, and implement projects from initiation to completion.
You will oversee the selection, installation and provisioning of Enablement tools to optimize Field effectiveness and productivity.
Your role will ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Product Marketing and Revenue/ Field Org.
You will allocate tasks, coordinate agreed actions, and ensure completion to enhance overall sales effectiveness and business retention. Your strong facilitation and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex timelines will be critical to the success of our Enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and streamline the intake process for field enablement requests for onboarding and continuous learning programs.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
Develop a structured system for evaluating and approving field enablement projects.
Oversee the field events calendar, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop and execute end-to-end project plans for field enablement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Success, SC, Renewals, Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Ops and Enablement to ensure alignment with field enablement goals.
Allocate roles and responsibilities effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure timely completion of agreed-upon actions.
Oversee the selection, installation and provisioning of Enablement tools to optimize Field effectiveness and productivity.
Contribute to definition and collection of performance metrics
Qualifications:
Proven experience (10+ years) in project management and team facilitation, preferably in a product introduction or new product development role.
Experience as a salesperson or supporting sales teams.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions.
Experience in working with Sharepoint, Seismic, Salesloft, Allego, HubSpot, Mindtickle or similar is a plus.
, will play a critical role in overseeing our Content Management System (CMS) and onboarding processes for our field teams. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality assets, including Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training materials, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Taxonomy, and Project Management, Enablement tools, and will excel in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Oversee the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure all materials are up-to-date, accessible, organized, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective content categorization, tagging, and retrieval.
- Work with SMEs across the organization to ensure our role-specific Knowledge Base(s) are up-to-date, organized, and relevant.
- Be a brand ambassador and ensure assets and communications shared by the Field Enablement team align with the latest Sprinklr brand & messaging standards.
Sales Onboarding:
- Work closely with our Learning & Performance team to oversee our Learning Management System and the onboarding process for new field team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to ramp up quickly.
- Create engaging onboarding materials and training plans tailored to various sales roles.
Asset Creation:
- Design and develop skills-focused content for global audiences.
- Develop and maintain a library of high-quality Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training modules to support continuous learning and development.
- Utilize best practices in Instructional Design & Adult Learning Theory to create interactive and impactful learning experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including Sales, Presales, Customer Success and Product Marketing to identify content needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate regular feedback loops to continuously improve content effectiveness and relevance.
Project Management:
- Lead content-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Enablement tools:
- Set up, configure and manage Sprinklr Content management tool (SharePoint)
- Contribute to the assessment, selection and ownership of Sales Enablement Tools
- Oversight of Field Enablement content in LMS (Lyearn)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content management, instructional design, or sales enablement.
- Proven track record of creating effective training materials and managing content systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools.
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in training and development.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in Highspot, Seismic, Allego, HubSpot, Mindtickle or similar is a plus.
