Manage a deeply connected team across Europe, Middle East, and Asia Growth markets dedicated to collaborating across Sprinklr and with customers plus partners to close deals and create customer delight.

Build an extensive network and develop your career opportunities at an accelerated pace by regularly engaging with senior leaders including SVP of Europe Sales, and Revenue Operations Leadership team. Manage a team of direct reports in Europe as well as leader in Asia Growth Market with their own direct reports.

Main Outcomes We Drive

  • Get the right deals done the right way for Sprinklr, customers, and partners
  • Accelerate business transformation
  • Drive Sprinklr's profit growth
  • Make empowered decisions on customer agreements using business judgment and licensing principles.
  • Work with customers to negotiate pricing, licensing terms, and deal conditions necessary to sign agreements.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and business groups to identify and resolve agreement issues.
  • Ensure sales and negotiation strategies adhere to established guidelines, policies, and legal standards.
  • Share best practices and strategies with internal teams to improve capabilities

  • Advising on improvements to product offerings, licensing programs, contract negotiations and Field Sales processes

Required experience:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience leading a Deal Desk, or other Revenue Operations team
  • Experience with Revenue Accounting principles would be a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, Clari, Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of impact of deals after closed/won and relationship to NetSuite revenue plan
  • Communication skills and an ability to partner effectively across the organization from the individual contributor to senior leadership level
  • High standards of accuracy and precision
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve; highly driven and self-motivated
