  • Content Strategy & Creation:


  • Write, edit, and optimize high-performing short-form copy for event landing pages, website content, email nurtures, digital ads, and other marketing campaigns.


  • Develop engaging Google Search and Display ad copy aligned with performance marketing best practices.


  • Ensure all content reflects Sprinklr's value proposition and customer-first ethos.


  • Brand Voice Leadership:


  • Maintain and refine Sprinklr's tone of voice to ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.


  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life while aligning messaging with visual elements.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Partner with demand generation, growth marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.


  • Work closely with global and regional field marketing teams to tailor content for local markets while maintaining brand integrity.


  • Optimization & Insights:


  • Continuously refine copy based on performance metrics and data insights.


  • Monitor trends in SaaS marketing, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve.


  • Leadership & Mentorship:


  • Lead by example in delivering creative, results-driven work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in copywriting, with a strong focus on SaaS, B2B, or tech industries.


  • Proven ability to create impactful short-form content that drives measurable results.


  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.


  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, email marketing, and paid media.


  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • A strategic thinker with the creativity to transform complex ideas into compelling narratives.


  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar CX platforms is a significant plus.


  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.


  • A strong grasp of customer journey mapping and how content influences different touchpoints.


  • Experience mentoring or leading teams of writers.
