What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze creative briefs to formulate concepts for implementation with assigned brands.
- Conduct research to understand client requirements and target audiences through online searches, existing research analysis, consultations with subject-matter experts, and direct interactions.
- Produce original copy and edit content for a diverse range of marketing and communication materials, encompassing direct mail, packaging, email, web pages, landing pages, video scripts, social media content, eBooks, white papers, infographics, sales collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and conference messaging.

- Collaborate effectively with a team of account managers and creative personnel throughout the entire process, from concept development to final product delivery.
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team and, when necessary, to client representatives; participate in client pitches on occasion.
- Refine copy based on feedback received from both internal teams and clients.
- Provide meticulous proofing and editing at each stage of a project and assume responsibility for final editing approval before seeking supervisor approval.
- Contribute insights to creative briefs and effectively provide the team with innovative ideas.
- Analyze and interpret data to determine the appropriate syntax, style, and grammatical usage required for various documents.
- Translate creative direction and technical information into compelling copy concepts.
- Work closely with marketing departments and fellow members of the creative team to brainstorm and develop messaging concepts.
- Craft high-quality product descriptions and generate supporting content.
- Establish key messages and maintain a consistent brand voice for external communications.
- Approach challenges with a broad perspective and identify novel, unconventional solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
- Experience writing in large, fast-paced environments for 6-10 years, preferably for technology companies
- Familiarity writing for the various voices in the IT channel is highly preferred.
- Prior proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
- Experience with content management and project management systems.
- Keen attention to detail and an appreciation for exceptional design.
- Exceptional editorial, proofreading, and writing capabilities.
- Mastery across various forms of copywriting.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively under pressure.
- Passion for writing demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of work.
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$33.30 - $40.70
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
