The coordinator plays a fundamental role in the successful operations and administration of the Spotify GreenHouse team. The coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for training programs/workshop logistics, daily operations, administration and planning. If you love being the backbone of the team and doing coordination, administration, logistics and program management, you are the right person! What You'll Do
- Administration, coordination, logistics and planning! Administrative support for all trainings and programs - virtual and onsite across time zones
- Booking of training rooms and logistics for programs
- On-site support and logistics in Stockholm for live programs including hosting fikas, lunches and mingle. Seeing to training room-set up (physical and virtual)
- Contracts/SOWs and vendor relations
- Coupa (purchase, orders, invoicing)
- Communication with learners and facilitators
- JIRA support for GreenHouse
- Tracking of costs, forecast and budget for programs
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks related to GreenHouse
- GreenHouseLearning portal support for internal stakeholders and partnering/supporting Learning Experience Designer and leads
Who You Are
- Have experience working as a coordinator/administrator
- Are very organized, have an eye for detail and a drive for keeping things in order. Keeping it simple yet efficient.
- Are a self-starter who plans ahead, and rarely procrastinates
- Are great at supporting projects from start to finish, and can juggle multiple tasks.
- Are detail oriented but has the ability to zoom out and see how the pieces of a project come together
- Are an avid user of modern tech platforms and can demonstrate ability to quickly learn new tools
- Can demonstrate great skills in written and verbal communication in English
- Are a realistic optimist that likes working in a changing and high pace environment
