WHAT OUR SR BILLING ASSURANACE MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Providing leadership, direction and strategy for a team of Data analysts
- Working closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure cross-organizational dependencies are managed effectively
- Setting the roadmap by negotiating requirements and deliverables with internal business partners
- Driving the delivery of roadmap commitments on time with high quality.
- Tracking data product success, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Implementing feedback loops to refine to ensure they meet or exceed business expectations.
- Ensuring technical leadership for delivery, including planning future-proof architectures and maintaining technical quality standards
- Providing regular updates to leadership
You'll work in a dynamic office environment. On a given day you'll be involved in providing overall oversight, management, and direction to your employees as well as utilizing your knowledge to ensure billing quality and accuracy.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Contract management and relevant work experience: 10+years; Management experience: 5+years; CSG and/or ICOMS experience: 3+ years; Communications industry experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Abilities: Analyze and interpret data; communicate and present effectively with all levels of the organization; make decisions and solve problems under pressure; handle multiple projects; prioritize and organize effectively; supervise and motivate others
- Skills: Strong understanding of data engineering challenges and hands-on experience with data platform engineering, including batch and streaming processes
- Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple Big Data technology stacks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and hands-on knowledge of tools like Python, Java, C++ or Scala.
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills: Experience with leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises to cloud migration projects
- Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Databases.
