WHAT OUR SENIOR DIRECTOR, INTEGRATED RESIDENTIAL ADVERTISING AND MARKETING ENJOY MOST
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and executional excellence.
- Developing campaigns that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are inclusive, culturally relevant, and impactful through the development strategies that connect with diverse customer segments through tailored messaging, creative, and media placements.
- Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and creative development to execution and performance optimization, ensuring marketing initiatives align with customer journey insights, delivering personalized and relevant messaging across touchpoints.
- Leading an integrated marketing approach across digital, social, paid media, direct marketing, TV, email, retail, and call center channels, creating a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
You'll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive continuous innovation in advertising and marketing strategies and optimizing effectiveness through the establishment of KPIs and reporting framework. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in integrated marketing, advertising, or omnichannel campaign management 10+ years.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, design or related field; or equivalent work experience and education.
- Technical skills: Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact. Expertise in audience segmentation, multicultural marketing, and customer journey mapping. Strong experience in brand storytelling, digital marketing, paid media, and direct response marketing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agency partnerships.
- Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can leverage data-driven insights, performance analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools to optimize campaigns.
