As a Day of Job Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Day of Job Call Center. You will supervise direct reports, including all DOJ technical activations, repair and dispatch activities that contribute to customer installations. The Day of Job manager is the subject matter of all service activation related activities and works collaboratively with product teams and IT for requirements of new product development or enhancements.

You will spend your days in the office, in a face-paced call center environment. You will also be part of an inclusive team, with engaging leadership, and opportunity for growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Customer service experience in a call center environment (2+ years), supervisory experience (2+ years), telephone experience (5+ years)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Technical skills: Computer and software applications, technical installations
  • Skills: Communication, multi-tasking, technical, leadership
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, willingness to learn, tech savvy
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • College Coursework or equivalent experience in technical background
