Our Manager Residential, Multi-Tenant Sales are responsible for leading outside sales, tactics and daily operations that sells to our residential customers offering best-in-class services and supporting goals of soliciting new prospective customers.
WHAT OUR RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
- Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals and yield targets
- Leading outside sales teams with multi-tenant and single family homes sales.
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and coaching residential sales staff and service partners.
- Communicating with sales staff all current market offers and ensure sales staff compliance with offer use and strategy.
- Communicating and managing leads while monitoring territory assignments for all residential personnel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Valid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance
Required Education
Bachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
2+ years sales experience
2 + years sales management experience
Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of Direct Sales practices
Knowledge of Company products and services preferred
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
WORKING CONDITIONS
Support of residential sales team will consist of approximately 70% office work and 30% field work
Office environment, with occasional field support
Travel as required

The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $45,000.
