JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for gathering and analyzing data to perform mobile supply chain financial and operational performance analysis, trending, forecasting, and business impact. Review data, programs and initiatives that support and enhance the Company´s Mobile supply chain.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Perform analysis and trending of key performance indicators to produce management reporting and to identify opportunities for performance improvement and to manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
May be responsible to manage all forward logistics and reverse logistics for Mobile Supply Chain utilizing 3PL relationship (multiple locations).

Manages disposition of damaged, surplus, or EOL devices workinig with Asset Disposition teams via liquidation/auction.
New Product Introduction plannign/executing working closely with product, 3PL and carriers.
Identifies and implements continuous process improvement and standardization opportunities.
Provides operational analytical support for Spectrum Mobile Supply Chain.
Compare actual and forecasted/budgeted target performance metrics and identify performance trends. Develops, monitor and review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives and recommend changes in methodology as required to attain business objectives.
Make recommendations based on data for process improvement and strategic business decision making. Create reports and data driven presentations with impact - identify trends and occurrences in data and translate and communicate findings and recommendations.
Investigate and perform root cause analysis of complex nature.
Develop and provide ad hoc reports and compile executive level reporting as required.
Individual will work with cross-functional departments, including Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations, and maintain constant communication and internaction with 3PL management and support staff to ensure metrics/KPIs are being met.
Perform other duties as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to understand supply chain key performance indicators/metrics for the wireless and retail industries
Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups
Ability to perform complex analysis of key performance indicators/metrics
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to present complex data to cross functional audiences in an easy to understand manner
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Ability to perform complex data analysis, visualization, reporting, and presentations
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor´s degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics or related field, equivalent training, education and experience
REQUIRED RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AND NUMBER OF YEARS
Quantitative or operational analysis experience - 7+
Wireless industry forecasting, supply chain or reporting experience - 5+
3PL Vendor Management - 3+

Knowledge of Mobile Supply Chain and/or Retail key performance indicators
Knowledge of wireless industry and mobile device products and services
Demonstrated analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity
Demonstrated financial planning and analysis skills to assure integrity of a multi-billion dollar budget Ability to use Tableau
