JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company goals and objectives.
It requires a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape, market trends, consumer behavior, and data analytics to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing and product to deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences, drive measurable outcomes and positively impact the customer experience.
This role is Hybrid: On-site, Stamford 4 days. 1 Day Remote

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Define and manage marketing strategy for the Entertainment vertical.
Work with team to define target audiences, positioning, and messaging to achieve company goals and objectives; and plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with other teams like marketing and product to ensure alignment in positioning, messaging, and overall strategy.
Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and areas of opportunity. Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
Stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies, incorporating new tools and strategies into the marketing plan to drive innovation and results.
Guide content strategy across all marketing channels ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand voice.
Demonstrates passion and acts as a Brand ambassador.
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Proven experience in marketing strategy development of creative campaigns
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Ability to identify ways to incorporate AI into workstreams.
Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to motivate and supervise others
Required Work Experience and Number of Years
Industry experience in telecommunications, marketing, technology
or related industries - 4
Experience in managing strategy and integrated marketing
campaigns - 4
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of television and streaming services, Internet and mobile products and services.
