Shift will either be Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Field Operations Manager of Contractor Support, you will be responsible for the overall fulfillment operations of the system locations from the tap to the home, across your assigned area. In this role, you will provide direction and leadership while maintaining system integrity and overseeing operations of installations, service, and maintenance. The Mgr of Contractor Support is highly collaborative and interacts with Vendor Companies to ensure compliance with Spectrum specifications and requirements. Additionally, you will oversee fulfillment resources and contract labor relationships, coordinate with various internal teams, and provide reports to field ops management on activity and results. The Mgr of Contractor Support will hire, train, develop, and manage staff.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electronics or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5+ years of Field Technician work in residential, commercial and Multiple dwelling installation/service experience preferred, Experience in complex, structure cabling jobs that include interior/exterior installation of Cat5/Cat6 cabling, Experience in programming and installing routers, Internet gateway services, Layer2/3 Ethernet switches and wireless access points in commercial environments, Vendor Management Experience
  • Skills: Project management, time management, communication, leadership, problem-solving, collaboration
