The Human Resources Coordinator will report directly to the Manager, Human Resources and will be responsible for providing tactical and administrative partnership on a wide range of initiatives to support the Fraud Protection Team at our Overland Park, Kansas site.

WHAT OUR HR COORDINATORS ENJOY MOST
- Supporting HR Team with coordination activities related to recruitment support, new hire orientation, training, benefits administration, entering employee data into company's HRIS system and maintaining employee records.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Coordinate and lead new employee orientation meetings and assist with the onboarding process.
- Assist with educating on employee benefit programs.
- Assist with the administration of employee Leaves of Absence programs, workers compensation processes, etc.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of HR policies, employee relations and HR initiatives in support of the business and broader Human Resources team. Collaborating and communicating with team members and key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide status updates, propose solutions, and gain alignment.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of Human Resources support and administrative experience
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and some post high school training in Human Resources
- Technical skills: Strong PC skills - expert in Excel & PowerPoint
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations.
- Abilities: Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
- Travel Ability: Limited travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- aPHR or SHRM-CP
