As a Customer Service Fraud Representative, your focus is handling various functions associated with fraud and abuse. You'll answer calls from both customers and non-customers as well as manual review calls. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT OUR FRAUD REPRESENTATIVES ENJOY MOST

  • Investigating and resolving customer issues
  • Employing tools that detect and disrupt fraud schemes
  • Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claims
  • Working on a wide variety of investigations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Fraud or customer service: 1 year, Resolving difficult customer issues: 1 year
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cable/telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws/regulations related to fraud and risk management
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Schedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of Fraud operations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
  • Effective organization and time management when multitasking
