ERP Systems Analyst

This position is responsible for assisting with developing reporting and audit tools utilized by Supply Chain operations personnel to assure adequate stocking, tracking and issuance of materials. Provides support of current mature processes utilized by Supply Chain operations personnel to assure business continuity. Acts as a SME on small to mid-sized projects to develop and implement ERP tools and process for Supply Chain ERP functionality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Supports supply chain activities including procurement/purchasing and inventory evaluation & management to ensure adequate stocking and issuance of materials.
  • Assists with the development, testing and management of ERP applications, boundary systems and tools and assists with the development and distribution of required reports.
  • Manages fallout as needed for ERP applications and boundary systems.
  • Performs data analysis to identify ERP enhancement and design improvements.
  • Assists with training and support to the operational entities on the development and implementation of ERP supply chain processes and practices.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent personal computer skills in all Office applications with emphasis on Excel and Access
  • Business analysis, planning and reporting experience- 3+ years
  • Prior ERP experience- 2+ years
  • Experience preparing reconciliations of differing data sets
  • SAP experience a plus

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

  • Computer based inventory control systems - 2+
  • Supply Chain processes - 2+
  • Reporting analysis tools - 2+

Office environment

Warehouse environment

Exposure to dust, fluctuating indoor temperatures, and periodic high noise levels
