You affect change and manage growth using sharp business acumen, in-depth experience and decisive leadership skills. You coach, develop and prepare performance reviews and evaluations.

How you can make a difference:

  • Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies and a detailed budget.
  • Manage the development and implementation of continuous process improvements.
  • Define strategic programs for business clients to improve sales.
  • Coach your team on consultative sales techniques and provide training support.
  • Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  • Implement commercial services product and procedure updates within a region.
  • Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders by attending conferences and meetings.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Three or more years of telecommunications, ISP and high-speed data experience; Four or more years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment; Ten or more years of general management experience; Direct experience with strategic and major account programs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies; Familiar with Salesforce.
  • Skills: Budgeting, resource management, planning, organizational development and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment requiring change management.
  • Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Achieved 100% or greater quota attainment in 2023 or in 2024, but not below 90% in either year.
  • Attained strategic product sales of at least 10% of total sales in 2024 with participation at or above 50%.
  • Generated sales funnel of 4x or greater in 2024 and strong overall KPI performance (Outreach; touches; high value touches such as F2F meetings, video calls; etc).
  • Prior sales leadership experience at the Director/VP level - 10+ years.
  • Large team leadership experience - managing a team of 25 of more.
  • Strategic/Managed Services Sales experience - 10+ years.
  • Large Enterprise/National Account sales experience - 5+ years.
  • Vertical sales SLED, Hospitality or Healthcare experience - 5+ years.
  • 50%+ overnight travel.
  • Track record of leading a transactional, metric-driven go-to-market sales model.
  • History of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
