How you can make a difference:

  • Coach and direct Sales teams to achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on direct sales and account management strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities through the development of a strategic vision.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Manage sales activity, pipeline progression, use of performance management policies and processes and provide regular reports.
  • Direct the proposal process ensuring effective tracking of RFPs and supervising the development of NPV IRR data.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Five or more years of sales leadership experience managing business accounts and sales teams; Experience achieving sales goals and executing tactical sales plans with an emphasis on overachievement in a telecommunications or technology company.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Expert in computer networking and fiber connected networks.
  • Skills: Leadership, finance and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to guide proposals of products and solutions for business class segments.
  • Travel: Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiar with Salesforce.
  • Telecom experience preferred.
  • Prior sales leadership experience at the Director Level 5 to 8+ years.
  • Large team leadership experience - managing a team of 25 or more.
  • History of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The base pay for this position generally is between $115,200.00 and $245,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.

In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $75,000.
