You maximize resources across multiple departments and lines of business through detailed data analysis and reporting. You manage specific data and reporting that assists management in achieving goals. You collaborate with teams in-person and digitally within an office environment.

WHAT OUR DATA AND REPORTING ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

  • Conduct complex data analysis and detailed reporting for multiple projects to determine operational impact, trends and opportunities.
  • Capture, develop and document data definitions, business processes and data quality requirements to guide leadership.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce data elements and create forecasts, reports and dashboards.
  • Identify and define the requirements for strategic initiatives to improve data quality.
  • Perform quality data audits and analyses to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Two or more years of data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Technical skills: Familiar with SQL; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
  • Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Effective prioritization, organizational, presentation and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment identifying business issues and opportunities.
