Be part of the connection:
You proactively conduct all aspects of project details, data collection, reporting and stakeholder communications. You meet timeline objectives by serving as the project point of escalation and reviewing technical aspects. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

How you can make a difference:

  • Assist in planning, managing and monitoring every step from concept to completion for assigned projects.
  • Monitor daily operations and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Implement processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Submit status updates and gather feedback through meetings for leadership to leverage.
  • Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track costs, performance SLAs and other metrics to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status and other management reports.
  • Performs other duties as requested by Project Management.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Project management or related experience.
  • Education: bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Skills: Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
  • Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to manage change in a challenging environment and develop working relationships with peers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
