\u2022 Assists with handling and fulfilling IT software and hardware requests
\u2022 Handles IT expenses and processes invoices, gathers packing lists and purchase orders, prepares them for review and payment
\u2022 Performs diverse technical assistance, documents findings, and performs maintenance duties in support of a large unit that may encompass a variety of user support needs
\u2022 Maintains, updates, and audits record keeping systems and billing information outputs; documents projects, writes and maintains user instructions
\u2022 Upkeeps and inputs applicable records such as network users, security, and tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials
\u2022 Participates in the review, evaluation and recommendation of solutions related to hardware and software acquisitions and network updates
\u2022 Executes regular vulnerability scans and security monitoring to identify and mitigate issues within the network
\u2022 Configures, deploys, and maintains essential internal infrastructure including laptops, phones, printers, cameras, network switches, access points, and servers
\u2022 Continuously monitors service metrics, looking for events that may indicate potential or actual breaches of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
\u2022 Provides support and training for company\u2019s software systems
Minimum Qualifications
\u2022 Five or more years of experience as an IT Administrator.
\u2022 Performs technical assistance and/or maintenance.
The Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, Computer Information Systems, or other related field.
- Project Management Certification.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and/or PowerPlant applications/modules with deep understanding of related business processes.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or technology solutions.
- Experience and technical knowledge of Alteryx, Business Objects, Snowflake, Power BI, SAS, or Python.

- This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
