Working within the Private Markets Operations team, the Private Markets Operations Senior Specialist supports the investment activities of the Private Markets front office which include private equity funds, co-investments, commercial mortgage loans, and private placement notes. You will have experience supporting the technology, data management, performance measurement, transaction monitoring, closing, and risk management activities for private markets investments.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Private Markets Operations.
Position Compensation Range:
$84,000.00 - $139,000.00

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Analyze the risk and return of private markets investments.
- Technical liaison to internal and external parties regarding private markets technologies, processes, reporting, and operations.
- Relationship contact for external private markets technology and operations vendors.
- Help train new private markets operations employees.
- Coordinate private markets operations programs including: assessment, analysis, and implementation of new technology systems.
- Ensure reliability and accuracy of private markets procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with three years experience in private markets operations.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external parties.
- Experience with private markets operations, procedures, information systems, reporting, and data management.
- Solid knowledge of private markets data analysis, performance measurement, and modeling.
- Basic knowledge of investment terminology and concepts.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Project management skills.
