Your compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide for room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $90,400 - $113,00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $90,400 - $135,600.

What you'll do:
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily workflow and schedule staff in the Indirect Lending department.
- Serve as a resource for staff and members, handling escalated member issues and complex questions.
- Assist in policy and procedure creation and updates for the Consumer Lending department, and stay updated on consumer credit financing trends.
- Process, underwrite, and fund a range of loans, make credit decisions, and resolve fraud/straw purchases; maintain positive dealer relationships.
Requirements:
- Three years' experience in a financial institution with experience in Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) required.
- Three years' management experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
In addition:
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.
Our hours:
A in-person schedule Monday - Friday, with some on call availability.
