Tools, Fasteners, and Safety Sales Manager
Join our team as a Tools, Fasteners, and Safety Manager. Drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and provide expert solutions to customers in Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho markets.
What You'll Do:
- Drive sales and profitability for assigned categories and territories

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide product expertise and solutions to customers
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, promotions, and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth
- Build networks to create and foster new opportunities for revenue growth, while maintaining and growing existing customer base.
- Develop large package pricing quotations based on market conditions and profit expectations.
- Stay ahead of market requirements through ongoing research and customer interactions.
- Manage a team of local and remote workers.
- Expand the Tools, Fasteners, and Safety business in all markets we serve.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, analytically, and creatively
- Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn Eclipse ERP
- Knowledge and experience in industrial sales is critical; OEM and fastener experience is preferred.
- Proven management experience.
Physical Demand and Work Hours:
- This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some overnight travel
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.
- Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents
