Summary:
The purpose of the PNP Specialist is to strengthen our relationships with small-to-medium sized contractors by providing them access to the World Electric services that will grow their business.
What You'll Do:
- Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager/Regional Sales Manager to identify and grow small-to-medium sized contractors who have the potential and motivation to grow their business.
- Build a relationship with these customers by listening and responding to their needs, helping them set goals, and providing them direct access to World Electric resources that will contribute to their success.
- Strengthen the relationship so that they "feel special" as a valued customer to World Electric.
- Increase the year-over-year (YOY) Sales, Gross Margin $, and Gross Margin % generated by these customers.
Minimum work experience requirements:
• Knowledgeable of electrical products features and benefits, preferred.
• Passionate about the electrical products industry and electrical distribution.
• Strong customer service focus (Internal/External customers & Vendors).
• Personable and able to talk with customers.
• Personal computer skills and knowledge of Office Tools: Excel, Outlook, Word, and web navigation.
• Strong writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to also work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Eclipse, preferred.
• Committed to 100% accuracy.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• General office work environment
• High computer and phone use.
• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
• Ability to reprioritize and work with interruptions.
• Some travel will be required visiting customer
