Position Overview:

Pro Logistic Solutions, the storage service division of Codale Electric Supply, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Las Vegas warehouse. This facility is critical to the just-in-time distribution and maintenance of prepaid electrical materials for our customers. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and timely delivery of materials. This role involves leading a small but dynamic team and optimizing processes for top-tier service.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of prepaid electrical materials.

• Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries to customers, maintaining strong relationships and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and manage a small team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to optimize performance.

• Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.

• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

• Coordinate logistics and deliveries to meet customer needs with just-in-time precision.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to align inventory management with customer demands.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and streamline processes.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, preferably within the electrical distribution industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.

• Understanding of just-in-time delivery processes and logistics.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in the electrical distribution or construction supply industry. (Preferred)

• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics systems.(Preferred)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Warehouse Environment, standing and walking for most of the day
  • Regular lifting of up-to 50lbs
  • Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance
  • We reimburse for steel toe shoes up to $150
