The role…
The Soho Works Manager will ensure that Soho Works provides a warm, safe, secure, inclusive and transparent environment for all members, guests and team members at all times. The SWM is ultimately responsible for the day to day operational running of the businesses, member satisfaction and financial performance of site excluding membership.
Key Accountabilities:
- Independently responsible for the BOH operations to ensure a smooth running of the site
- Tasks include biweekly rota forecasting, stock take, goods receiving and ordering
- Contribute to member retention and growth through maintaining a best-in-class workspace, working closely with the Soho Works support team and the local House management.
- Contribute to driving the daily sales to meet weekly budgets through innovative ideas and planning
- Responsible for the f&b and meeting room daily sales to ensure weekly budgets are met
- Meet COS and wage targets monthly and be proactive in highlighting any risk & opportunities
- Managing, overseeing and running all private and member events
- Ensuring all products delivered to members and guests are in line with the company specification. Highlighting and overseeing proactive training for all team members to ensure consistency
- Effective hands-on day to day management and problem solving both front and back of house operations including H&S, building management, contractor relationships, all team members and members.
- Overseeing and driving an inclusive environment that ensures every member and team member both feels and embodies the Soho House Pillars and Values
- To ensure cleanliness standards and procedures for the unit & their areas are in accordance with site, company and legal health and safety standards.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Required Skills/Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role is advantageous
- Flexible to work across a seven-day working period
- Strong communication skills • Interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team
- Computer literacy within Adaco, Nexudus, Salesforce and Tripleseat.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
