Shoreditch House...
Located in East London’s historic Tea Building, Shoreditch House is an established fixture on the area’s creative scene. The Role…
We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Night Receptionist to join our and lead our overnight front office team in our beautiful, boutique-style hotel. As Night Receptionist you will look after the night operations of the hotel including room service, check ins, check outs and any ad hoc member requests.
Duties of a Night Receptionist...
- Dealing with members requests, delivering elevated customer service
- Provide night-hour reception services for members to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out
- Ensure that the night checklist is completed each night to ensure compliance
- Complete night audits and reports as required in a timely manner
- Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work alone
- Reconcile accounts, verify transactions, balance revenue, and run end-of-day reports and Night audit.
What we are looking for...
- Up to 1-2 years’ experience in hotel or rooms division in a position
- Has experience with working night shifts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external)
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service
- Fluent in English
- Organised and reliable
- Ability to work and maximize relationships within a diverse team
- Computer literacy within Opera, Micros and Adaco advantageous
