The Role…
Soho House is seeking a dynamic and results driven Director to lead all acquisition and outreach efforts in relation to our new concierge membership type. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an extensive network, and a proven track record in high-end sales, hospitality, or luxury brand environments. Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding on our existing community, with a focus on London, New York and Los Angeles.
The Membership Development Director will report to the Group Membership Director/ Group Support Director but work closely and in partnership with the Data Team, Group Membership Team, and regional Membership Directors.
**This role will be a 6 Month FTC**

Main Duties…
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain both new and existing members.
- Develop and execute a structured approach to lead generation, prospecting and conversion.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential members. Proactively sourcing and engaging new prospects through direct outreach, referrals and industry networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, conversion, payment and onboarding.
- Represent Soho House at high-profile events, actively seeking out networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain an exceptional understanding of Soho House offerings, ensuring all prospective members receive a tailored experience.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to refine sales strategy and offering, to maximise revenue opportunity.
- Provide weekly and ad hoc reports summarising key metrics, reviewing prior progress and success, suggesting and implementing resultant corresponding actions.
What We Are Looking For…
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role within private members' clubs, luxury hospitality, real estate, or high-end retail.
- A strong network of potential members and high-net-worth individuals
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term business growth
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
- Passion for luxury lifestyle, hospitality, and delivering premium member experiences
