Dean Street Townhouse is a Georgian townhouse located in the heart of London Soho’s offering an all-day dining restaurant and 39-bedroom hotel. Always buzzing with excitement, the ground floor dining room features a weekly changing menu of seasonal British cuisine, carefully sourced from producers within UK and Ireland. In addition to favourite dishes such as twice-baked smoked haddock soufflé, Dover sole and Porterhouse steak, the dining room is also known for its classic Afternoon Tea with homemade sandwiches, freshly baked scones and pastries

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Central London team at Dean Street Townhouse (W1D 3SE). As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition. 

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar.
• Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Friday – 7am - 1am

Saturday – 8am to 1am
