Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance - Technology Data & Digital (TDD) to manage the financial aspects of two critical TDD initiatives: Information Technology Financial Management (ITFM) and Move to Cloud. The Senior Manager will provide analytical support for these initiatives to drive overall financial results and support the company's cost savings goals.
This U.S. remote position, based in Central or Eastern Time Zones, will report to the Director, Financial Planning and Reporting but will also work very closely with the VP Finance, Tech and Services, North America Chief Information Officer, other IT Executives, and Global IT.

What You'll Do
- Annual Target Setting: Collaborate with Technology, Support Functions, and Segments teams to support the annual target-setting process, ensuring a deep understanding of financials, key business drivers and alignment with business goals.
- Month end Close: Support activities related to month end close, including allocations of IT costs across the business and managing intercompany charges between the Regional and Global teams.
- Financial Analysis: Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance, presenting insights on variance drivers, risks, opportunities, and business trends.
- Cost Management: Manage TDD expenses, ensure alignment with financial targets, and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Financial Reviews: Coordinate and lead monthly financial reviews with Technology business partners to assess results and refine forecasts.
- ITFM Processes: Refine and enhance IT Financial Management (ITFM) processes for budgeting, actual reporting, and forecasting, in collaboration with Finance Leadership and Group TDD.
- Strategic Investments: Provide financial support and analysis for Technology investments and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Group Alignment: Collaborate with Group TDD to ensure North America financial reporting and allocation frameworks are consistent with global practices.
- Cloud Cost Management: Identify, control, and report all Move-to-Cloud-related costs, ensuring accountability is tied to appropriate business functions. Develop transparent reporting on cloud costs and trends, regularly updating leadership on risks and opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by improving processes and adopting new ways of working within the ITFM and the cloud framework.

What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5 years of relevant experience. An MBA and/or CPA are preferred.
- Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation.
- Expertise in large-scale data mining and reporting tools, preferably Power BI and Essbase.
- Strong financial acumen, experience with SAP is a plus.
- A track record of success in finance, with the ability to manage large projects and/or SG&A budgets.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A self-motivated mindset with a drive for growth and the ability to work independently while expanding the role's responsibilities over time.
- A conceptual and working knowledge of Azure and other cloud financial management tools (a plus).
- Prior experience supporting Technology teams (a plus).

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
