Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Contract Compliance to work as a member of our Distribution Team. This is a remote role that can home office anywhere in the United States.

The purpose of this position is to work closely with a Prime Distributor and to provide a more efficient experience regarding product forecasting with manufacturers and manage inventory of proprietary SKU's with individual distribution locations.

The successful candidate will:

  • Increase participation in corporate purchasing and marketing programs.
  • Manage compliance by approved distributors.
  • Work with regions to address opportunities with specific distributors.
  • Analyze distributor usage reports to determine consolidation opportunities.
  • Participate in development of short and long-term action plans.
  • Manage relationships with multiple prime distribution contacts driving Sodexo's contracted products
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand menu items and ensure they are stocked in appropriate distribution channels
  • Manage regional and prime catalogs
  • Drive higher contracted utilization rate through implementations.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have/are:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of distribution or procurement experience or experience in operations or operations support
  • Innovative
  • Proven at establishing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong data analysis skills (i.e. Excel)
  • Strong food product knowledge
  • Understanding of distribution
