Role Overview
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Senior Manager, Area General to join our team. The Senior Manager, Area General will oversee up to 7 locations (5 in Allentown, 1 in Collegeville, and 1 in Malvern PA) the current landscape is a mx of Cafes, Catering, Pantries, and Micro-Markets. The Senior Manager, Area General, will be the onsite Manager at 1 location and have oversight of the other locations.
Incentives
M-F 6am to 4pm plus occasional evenings and weekends. Bonus eligible position

The Senior Manager, Area General will be the number 1 on site, will work under the direction of the District Manager and support and help the District Manager push strategies throughout the region. Othe duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing the client relationships
- Managing the budget/finance for the region
- Leading and developing a team of 7 salaried managers and approximately 40 indirect hourly employees
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the base location

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
