Sodexo is currently seeking a Senior Area General Manager for Environmental Services for a healthcare account in the Greensboro, NC area. The Sr Area GM will be responsible for the Cone Health system comprised of various locations. This position will report to the Client Executive and will be responsible for day to day oversight of all housekeeping operations for the multi-million dollar account with a team of over 280 employees. Cone Health is a not-for-profit health care network and is one of the region's largest and most comprehensive networks with more than 150 locations.

What You'll Do
- Oversees all day to day operations for environmental services.
- Integrates fully within our client's organization, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Responsible for around $16 million in managed volume on an annual basis.
- Ensures that financial targets are achieved, all regulatory standards as well as all Sodexo Operating Standards are in place.
- Responsible for overseeing safety and sanitation audits and regulatory compliance for all three locations.
- Creates a positive environment for the region
- Works to achieve continuous improvement in patient satisfaction/experience scores.
- Driving employee and customer engagement.
- Successfully motivates and manages team in a fast paced environment.

What You Bring
- In-depth knowledge of Sodexo EVS systems and processes including SMS, UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and black light inspections;
- Experience working with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
- Previous high volume management and leadership experience.
- Proven outcomes in driving high patient satisfaction scores along with employee and customer engagement.
- A passion for a high level of customer service.
- Excellent computer skills and report management experience, preferably project management experience.
- Strong attention to company policy, standards, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory and labor management concepts.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while fostering strong client and customer relationships.
- Able to manage and execute multiple long-standing projects.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
