Sodexo is seeking a Senior IT Asset Manager to coordinate and manage the North American (NorAm) Asset Management Program

This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern Standard Time Zone

The Sr. IT Asset Manager will possess expert level skills and experience in Asset Management Solutions and guarantee the achievement of the programs objectives.

This position will be the owner of the asset management lifecycle for North America and guarantee the success of the Asset Management Program. It ensures the continuous improvement of teams in how they work (creativity, quality of cooperation), demonstrating empathy, cooperation, transparency, courage, and humility.

The Sr. IT Asset Manager is accountable for ensuring all assets are accurately tracked and lifecycles managed.

Working within the technical teams, they will ensure that all in-scope assets are associated with the services they support.

The Sr. IT Asset Manager will work with leaders across all NorAm IS&T Functions, business segments and transversal functions to ensure all in-scope assets are tracked and lifecycle processes implemented, for assets both in the field and in the data center.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure all in-scope asset types are tracked in the approved asset management system working closely with asset owners, functional leads, lifecycle process owners and business owners
  • Ensure that the Asset Management program has a functional roadmap, taking into consideration new trends, capabilities and business needs including field and core datacenter assets
  • Work with global teams to design and maintain system interfaces to meet functional needs
  • Ensure assets are appropriately associated with the services they provide.
  • Define and oversee the asset lifecycle processes for in-scope asset types, ensure stakeholders have required reporting, roles, responsibilities and expected outcomes of the program are met

What You Bring

  • Product contract management (suppliers, hardware & software) experience
  • Asset management (including inventory & asset lifecycle management) experience
  • Quality Assurance Management experience
  • IT Project Management experience
  • Excellent Stakeholder / relationship management skills
  • Advanced level of experience implementing asset management and asset discovery toolset(s), especially Ivanti Neurons
  • Experience managing an asset management program, including defining the program roadmap.
  • Ability to clearly define the asset lifecycle processes and gain alignment from key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial controls of assets including expense and asset depreciation.
  • IT Service Management familiarity
  • ITIL Foundations Certified preferred
  • Ability to write reports using Ivanti Xtraction and SQL Queries preferred

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
