Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a positive, professional, customer service oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to be a point of contact at our modern office in Cheektowaga, NY. They'll perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Work is somewhat varied, and may be project oriented. May communicate with senior-level internal and external contacts and is regularly exposed to confidential data.

What You'll Do
- Monitor group mailboxes
- Coordinate site service requests
- Maintain visitor management system
- Collaborate with Security
- Work with facility Office Space/visual directory seating program
- Schedule meeting and conference rooms
- Schedule concierge meetings for groups to ensure events are successful
- Running access control reports as needed
- Processing invoices
- Securing supplies as needed
- Completing projects as assigned
