Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a positive, professional, customer service oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to be a point of contact at our modern office in Cheektowaga, NY. They'll perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature. Work is somewhat varied, and may be project oriented. May communicate with senior-level internal and external contacts and is regularly exposed to confidential data.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor group mailboxes
  • Coordinate site service requests
  • Maintain visitor management system
  • Collaborate with Security
  • Work with facility Office Space/visual directory seating program
  • Schedule meeting and conference rooms
  • Schedule concierge meetings for groups to ensure events are successful
  • Running access control reports as needed
  • Processing invoices
  • Securing supplies as needed
  • Completing projects as assigned
