Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for The University of North Carolina at Pembroke located in Pembroke, North Carolina. The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is a public university in Pembroke, North Carolina. UNC Pembroke is a master's level degree-granting university and part of the University of North Carolina system. Its history is intertwined with that of the Lumbee nation. UNCP offers it Students and Faculty a large array of Sodexo and national brands on Campus. This position will oversee one Retail Manager, 4 national brands and 2 Sodexo brands, including Starbucks, Papa Johns, Einstein's and Chick-Fil-A. Prior experience with these brands is highly helpful. The emphasis is on customer satisfaction and providing outstanding service for our long term Client within our modern, safe and inviting environment. This position will oversee one Retail Manager, 4 national brands and 2 Sodexo brands. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You Bring

  • have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
  • demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This is only for internal candidates as external candidates won't have this knowledge
