Sodexo Live's! Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager, Facility Maintenance. This is a remote position, and the incumbent must reside close to a HUB airport for travel (East Coast preference).

The Program Manager for Facility Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the delivery of both Hard and Soft Facilities Management (FM) services across a portfolio of airport lounges in North America. This role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives and will lead cross-functional teams to support a safe, efficient, and guest-focused lounge experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily operations for both Hard FM (e.g., HVAC, mechanicals) and Soft FM services across multiple airport lounges, both remotely and on-site. Up to 50% travel.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication of maintenance needs and project updates.
- Manage and oversee work order systems and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests.
- Monitor and manage budgets, controlling labor, materials, equipment, and inventory costs to ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Oversee capital and maintenance projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with client standards.
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo and client safety programs, government regulations, and standards related to hazardous materials and loss prevention.
- Establish and implement quality and performance standards; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead quality assurance (QA), safety, and compliance initiatives across all locations.
- Promote and support workplace diversity and inclusion efforts.

What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in facility operations.
- Experience with mechanical systems, CMMS and financial management.
- Skilled in both Hard and Soft FM services.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficiency in FM technology platforms (e.g., CMMS).
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across a dispersed portfolio.
